We at All About Rentals work with you to help in finding your next rental home. We charge a fee of $99, which covers all the credit checks and application fees, on up to four adults, no matter how many homes you apply to.
When you sign up you will receive our master listing of properties (Preview). Click here to see The Areas We Cover. From that point on you will be informed of any properties that become available on a daily basis, via e-mail, (sample), for the next 90 days or until placed into a home. It is your responsibility to view the homes.
When you have found a home that you are interested in simply log onto our Apply To A Property web page, and we will fax out a copy of your credit report and application to the prospective landlord, normal times for this process is less than two hours. This process saves you from having to pay for a filling out a new application, and paying for a credit report, Per person, each and every home you are interested in. Since we pull your credit report only once, it saves you from the damages that multiple inquiries will do to your FICA score.
All About Rentals encourages you to apply to as many homes as possible, due to the fact that, the more homes you apply to, the faster you will see results.
